Centrifuge
A pioneering RWA platform — pools real-world credit (invoices, real estate, royalties) and tokenizes them as on-chain assets that DeFi protocols can lend against.
Centrifuge has been operating since 2017, originally bringing factoring and supply-chain receivables on-chain. Its Tinlake (and now Centrifuge Pools) lets asset originators package off-chain credit into tokenized pools that on-chain investors can fund, with senior/junior tranches managing risk.
Integration with MakerDAO/Sky brought RWA exposure into the DAI collateral set early. As of 2026 Centrifuge is one of the most mature platforms for institutional-grade RWA tokenization on public chains.
