Radiant Capital Hack (2024)

The October 2024 multi-sig compromise that drained ~$50M from Radiant Capital — multiple multi-sig signers' devices infected with malware that manipulated transaction reviews.

On October 16, 2024, Radiant Capital's multi-sig wallets were drained of approximately $50 million across Arbitrum and BNB Chain deployments. The attack was particularly notable because three separate multi-sig signers all reviewed and approved a transaction they believed was a routine update.

Forensic analysis revealed all three signers had been compromised by malware that modified what was shown in their Safe Wallet UI versus what they actually signed — a "what you see is not what you sign" attack on the multi-sig front-end. The case became a canonical reference for hardware-wallet clear-signing standards.
