Stargate
LayerZero's flagship omnichain asset bridge — unified liquidity pools per asset across many chains, with instant-finality 1:1 transfers.
Stargate is the canonical asset bridge built on LayerZero. Each asset (USDC, USDT, ETH) has a unified liquidity pool spread across every supported chain; users move funds by paying into the pool on one chain and immediately receiving the equivalent on another.
The model gives Stargate two properties most bridges lack: guaranteed finality (no challenge windows or pending balances) and composable cross-chain calls (a transfer can include a destination- chain contract call). The trade-off is the LayerZero trust model on which it sits.
