Unichain

Unichain is an Ethereum L2 launched by Uniswap Labs on the OP Stack, part of Optimism's Superchain. It targets DeFi as its home use case, aiming to make swaps and liquidity provision cheaper and faster than executing them on Ethereum mainnet.
The chain pursues low latency through fast block times — on the order of a second or less — and explores mechanisms to reduce MEV leakage and give traders better execution. As an OP Stack rollup, it inherits Ethereum security while interoperating with other Superchain networks through shared bridging and messaging.
