Wen

Crypto Twitter / Discord misspelling of "when" — most commonly used as "wen moon", "wen token", or "wen mainnet" to ironically ask about timing.

"Wen" — the deliberate misspelling of "when" — is one of the most-used pieces of crypto vocabulary. It appears in phrases like "wen moon" (when will the price rise), "wen token" (when does the project launch its token), "wen mainnet" (when does development finish), and "wen airdrop".

The misspelling itself signals familiarity with crypto culture while keeping the tone light — asking a project a literal "when?" question reads as pressure, while "wen?" reads as in-group teasing. It is one of the most enduring crypto Twitter conventions.
